The Roldaltunnelen connects the villages Seljestad and Roldal. The old road over the pass (Seljestad Svingange) is still useable and offers great views.
The old main road between Håradalen and Seljestad leads through a ravine with steep mountains on both sides. The road was built during the years 1859-65. By the road side you can see a stone monument „In memory of postman G. Turtveit. Buried for 56 hours during a snow avalanche 3/1 1903. He dug himself out with the post horn“. The road is open for vehicles under 2 m during summer.
